In 1993 Israel, 15-year-old Natasha, a Bukharian immigrant, spends her days selling balloons on the beach. Determined to break free from her socio-economic status and patriarchal family, she finds herself drawn to her co-worker Arthur, a 21-year-old Russian immigrant. Natasha sees Arthur as her ticket to a higher status in Israeli society. However, as the night unfolds, Natasha's hopes clash with harsh realities as Arthur takes advantage of her innocence, leaving her feeling confused and ashamed.
