TISFF and the Producers’ Association, in collaboration with the Israel Documentary Forum, present the traditional Speed Dating event: meetings between graduates and senior producers from the Israeli Film and Television industry.
One of the great challenges for creators is to make the initial personal contact with a producer. The purpose of the sessions is to create this connection and interface between the producers looking for new works and creators, while nurturing young talent.
As part of the Speed Dating event, there will be short personal meetings between filmmakers and producers. Each filmmaker will meet a number of senior producers for up to 15 minutes and present their project, whether it is a feature film, documentary, experimental work or TV series. These encounters are the first practical step in the filmmakers’ paths to the big screen.
